IN OUR COMMUNITY
At Living Word RC, ‘outreach’ is about fulfilling our Lord’s “Great Commission.” Jesus came to his disciples and said, “All authority in heaven and on earth has been given to me. Therefore, go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you. And surely, I am with you always, to the very end of the age.” (Matthew 28:18-20). We seek to discover the unsaved in our community and proclaim the gospel of salvation through service, building relationships, and witnessing in the name of Jesus. Look for outreach opportunities, training, special activities, support for programs (care, fellowship, hospitality, local missions, New Hope Community Ministries, Bethany Christian Services), and consider participating in our Outreach Team!
AROUND THE WORLD
Missions at Living Word RC is about spreading the gospel of salvation to the unsaved by stimulating an interest in and commitment to missions throughout the world. We provide education and information about world missions and support people and organizations across the globe, like InterVarsity Christian Fellowship, Gideons, Global Grace Fellowship, Mediterranean Missions, BCM International, and RCA Missions.
